Terms and Conditions
Deposits are non-refundable and will be required 14 days after booking has been
made to secure it. Otherwise any other interest for that date will be looked into
until a deposit is received for it.
The balance of fees to be sent to the booking secretary straight after visit in envelope
supplied otherwise a 10% interest will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings NOT paid in advance.
Your attention is drawn to the Cancellations terms below
In the event of a cancellation all deposits are lost and the following tiered system of charges
will apply.
Cancellations within 14 days of the visit will be charged the minimum charge
Cancellations within 30 days of the visit will be charged 50%
Cancellations within 42 days of the visit will be charged 25%
Hirers who are not members of Girlguiding UK or the Scout Association must
provide written confirmation that they hold Public Liability cover for the event.
All breakages/damage/problems to be reported in the book provided. We are a
trustworthy and honest organisation and would be grateful if breakages were recorded.
All lights / equipment to be turned off on departure, unless otherwise advised by
the key-holder.
All windows and doors to be locked whenever Hirer is off site.
Vehicles to be left in the car park only and CAEGLAS will not be held responsible
for any loss or damage that may occur whilst that vehicle is on the Site.
